1. Lessons & Bookings

All lessons are delivered online via video call. Lesson times are agreed between Joanne and the student and are subject to availability. Students are responsible for joining the lesson at the agreed time.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled lesson. Lessons cancelled with less than 12 hours notice may be charged at full rate. Joanne reserves the right to reschedule lessons in exceptional circumstances with reasonable notice.

3. Payments

Payment is required in advance of lessons. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed on booking. Lesson packages are non-refundable once lessons have commenced.

4. Privacy

Personal information shared during lessons or via contact forms is kept strictly confidential and used only for the purposes of delivering your English tuition. No personal data is shared with third parties.

5. Code of Conduct

Joanne reserves the right to end a lesson or terminate a student’s enrolment if conduct is deemed inappropriate, disrespectful, or disruptive.
